Walmart Winter Outfit | Dec 2021

It can be hard to find nice winter clothes without spending a fortune, so I was super excited about this affordable outfit from Walmart! The coat might be my favorite item because it feels like such amazing quality, very warm, has removable fur on the hood and a soft cozy lining inside - for under $50!

I’m also finding that I really love the jeans I’ve tried from the Sofia Vergara line. These ones are a mid-rise with some stretch and distressing, and are SO comfortable! I paired it with a long-sleeve black v-neck bodysuit from Free Assembly. I finished off the outfit with a black and white beanie and cozy hiker boots!

Walmart is the perfect place to find your winter layers! I will like my entire outfit below:

Walmart Gift Guides | November 2021

I have never in my LIFE gotten this much Christmas shopping done this early in the season. It actually feels really good to be on top of it this year!

Walmart Winter Fashion | Oct 2021

If you’re on the hunt for a great puffer jacket, I can’t recommend this option from Walmart enough! It’s a great price point at $22.98 and comes in 9 colors! It fits true to size and is available in a small - 3X.

#ad Walmart is a great place to shop for affordable winter fashion to update your wardrobe without breaking the bank! I’m also in love with this ultra soft long sleeve that’s less then $10! It’s so cozy it could also dual as a pajama shirt.

I’m also a huge fan of the hiker boot trend, and couldn’t resist these super cute white ones with the pop of sherpa! They also come in several other colors and are less then $30!

Walmart Free Assembly | Sept 2021

I borrowed my friends beautiful front porch to share a cute fall outfit from @walmartfashion 😍

Walmart Women's Fall Finds | August 2021

One of my favorite places to shop for clothes lately has been Walmart! I feel like I can always find elevated looks for an affordable price point, and I’ve been really happy with the quality of the pieces I’ve found. Over the weekend, I stopped by Walmart and found so many cute tops, and several nice pairs of jeans ranging from $15 - $24 per item.

One of my favorite outfits that I found was this green balloon sleeve top, and these very comfortable black high rise denim jeans! I shared all the links to this look along with some of my other finds from Walmart.

Walmart Free Assembly | May 2021

I recently discovered a new clothing line at Walmart called Free Assembly that I have been absolutely loving! This line has more elevated looks but still at an affordable price, like this darling white jumpsuit shown above. The linen blend fabric is great quality, and I appreciate the attention to the detail with the adjustable shoulder straps. On another note, I was excited to hear how the Free Assembly line takes special care in their fabrics, using mostly organic cotton to avoid fertilizers and pesticides. Also, how they produce the pieces in facilities that are fair trade and LEED certified to protect both the environment and the workers. This definitely makes me want to continue supporting Free Assembly and feel good about wearing the clothing.

Welcome to my BLOG!

Hello! My name is Megan Ward and I’m a wife and mom to three kids (ages 6, 4, and 1). I believe at age 34 that puts me into the “mid-thirties” realm. I spend most of my days at home attempting to raise decent humans and testing my sanity in the process. My husband and I just built a custom home, which you could say is somewhat of a modern farmhouse. Our property is just under 2 acres, and we are now in the process of landscaping. I’ll share progress and updates along the way!

So here’s the deal. I went ahead and created a blog (which I’m currently pretending that I know how to use). My plan is to share fashion finds, my beauty faves, funny stories that will hopefully make you laugh, and boost your spirits.
